### **Giveaway Rules and Terms**

**1. Eligibility:**  

- Participants must be at least 21 years old and reside in USA.  

- Employees, affiliates, or immediate family members are not eligible to participate.  

**2. Entry:**  

- Each purchase of a shirt from this shop enters the buyer into the giveaway.  

- No purchase is necessary to enter. An alternative method of entry is available by emailing a written request to [[email protected]] during the giveaway period.  

**3. Duration:**  

- The giveaway begins on 11/17/24 and ends on 12/31/24. Entries after this time will not be considered.  

**4. Prize(s):**  

- The prize is described in detail (above). The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.  

 

**5. Selection of Winner(s):**  

- Winner(s) will be selected randomly from all eligible entries. The drawing will take place on 1/1/24.  

- The winner(s) will be notified via [email, phone, social media or etc.] within 10 days of the drawing.  

 

**6. Claiming the Prize:**  

- The winner(s) must respond to the notification within 10 days to claim the prize. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize, and another winner may be selected.

- Any applicable taxes or fees related to the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner(s).  

- By entering, participants agree to release our company from any liability associated with the prize or giveaway process.

- The giveaway is governed by the laws of St. Petersburg, FL. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Pinellas County.  

 

**12. Changes to the Giveaway:**  

- We reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time for any reason without prior notice.  

 

**13. Agreement to Rules:**
